Consumer Health Data Notice
Pulse Terminal AI, LLC · Effective October 2, 2026 · Version 2026-10-02
What disability and health details Pulse may hold, why, who receives them, and your choices. Pulse asks for your consent before using any of it. Effective October 2, 2026.
What health data we may collect
Only if you choose to enter it, and only after you agree, in Patriot and in the military part of your Pulse plan:
- Your VA disability ratings (each rating, and any bilateral ratings) and your combined rating.
- Your DoD disability rating and combat-related rating.
- Whether you receive TDIU (individual unemployability) and special monthly compensation for loss or loss of use (SMC-K), which can reveal reproductive or physical health.
- Whether your spouse or a survivor needs aid and attendance, and whether a child has been permanently unable to support themselves since before 18.
- The monthly VA disability payment you enter in your plan.
Pulse is not a healthcare provider and does not collect medical records, diagnoses or information about patients. Healthcare (the clinician lens) collects compensation and loan details, not health data.
Why we use it
- To calculate your VA compensation, survivor and dependent amounts, and the parts of your plan that depend on them.
- To answer the questions you ask Ask Pulse about them.
We never use it for advertising, never sell it, and never use it to infer anything else about you.
Your consent, and what happens without it
We ask before you enter any of this. If you agree, we record when you agreed and to which version of this notice. If you choose not to, the fields stay hidden, and anything you entered before we started asking is kept in your account but not used: it is left out of every calculation and never sent to OpenAI. You can change your decision at any time from your Patriot service record or the military section of your Pulse plan.
Your rights
You can ask to see this data, and stop us using it at any time (choose not to share, as above). To ask for it to be deleted, email pulseterminalai@gmail.com; we will tell you in our reply what we can and cannot do. We respond within 45 days. If we decline a request you can appeal by replying to our answer, and if the appeal is declined you can contact your state's attorney general.
