Terms of Service
Pulse Terminal AI, LLC · Effective October 2, 2026 · Version 2026-10-02
These are the rules for using Pulse Terminal AI, including the Patriot and Healthcare lenses. Pulse is a research and education tool, not investment advice. Effective October 2, 2026.
Accepting these terms and who can use Pulse
These terms are an agreement between you and Pulse Terminal AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company authorized to transact business in Florida ("Pulse", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Pulse.
You must be at least 18 years old. Pulse is intended for people in the United States and is not directed at people in the European Union or the United Kingdom. If you use Pulse on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice and Disclosures. The Disclosures are part of this agreement.
What Pulse is, and what it is not
Pulse is a stock and ETF screening and research tool. It scores and ranks securities with quantitative models, shows market data, lets you track positions, lists and alerts, and includes an AI assistant called Ask Pulse. Some of it is organized into "lenses" for particular audiences: Patriot (veterans and military families) and Healthcare (clinicians).
Pulse is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner. It does not give personalized investment advice, does not execute trades, and does not hold your money. Scores, grades, rankings and picks are research outputs, not recommendations to buy, sell or hold anything. Nothing creates a fiduciary relationship between you and Pulse. Read the full Disclosures.
We may add, change or remove features at any time, including features that are in beta.
Your account
Sign-in is handled by our provider, Clerk. Access may currently be by invitation or waitlist, and we may change how accounts are opened at any time.
- Give accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us at pulseterminalai@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- One person per account. Do not share your login.
- Occupation (such as veteran or clinician) is self-declared. Pulse does not verify it, and the lens you see follows what you tell us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-download Pulse data, or use automated tools to access the service other than through features we provide;
- resell, sublicense, redistribute or republish Pulse scores, data or content, or use them to build a competing product;
- circumvent rate limits, access controls, paywalls or other technical limits;
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to deceive or harm others;
- attack, probe, overload or interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or try to access another person's data;
- enter information you have no right to enter, or upload malicious files.
Your content
What you enter, such as positions, notes, lists, alerts, plan inputs, feedback, questions to Ask Pulse and screenshots you attach, stays yours.
You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content for the purpose of operating, securing and supporting the service for you, including sending it to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content.
Our intellectual property
The Pulse service, its software, scoring methodology, design, text and branding belong to Pulse Terminal AI, LLC or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own research while these terms are in effect. Nothing else is transferred to you.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
Third-party data and accuracy
Pulse relies on third-party market and reference data. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and our models can be wrong even when the data is right. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and you should check anything important against a primary source before relying on it.
Hypothetical and backtested results are not actual results and are not a prediction. See the Disclosures.
AI features
Ask Pulse and other generated text are produced by an AI model. They can be wrong, out of date or misleading, and the same question may get different answers. Treat them as a starting point for your own research, not as advice. Your prompts, and context drawn from your profile, holdings and financial plans (and, in Patriot or Healthcare, the benefit, loan and compensation details you entered), are sent to our AI provider to produce an answer. See the Privacy Policy.
If you use Patriot
Patriot shows VA disability compensation and Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) figures taken from the rate schedules published by va.gov (currently the schedule effective December 1, 2025, re-checked each December). These are informational. They are not a benefits determination, they do not tell you what you are entitled to, and they are not a substitute for your VA award letter or advice from an accredited representative.
Pulse and Patriot are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, or any military branch.
If you use Healthcare
Healthcare is a financial-research lens for clinicians. It is not medical, tax, legal or employer-benefits advice. Check loan, tax and benefits decisions with a qualified professional and your plan documents.
Pulse is not a HIPAA covered entity. Do not enter patient information or any other health information about anyone into Pulse, including in Ask Pulse.
Paid features, billing and refunds
Paid features are not yet generally on sale. This section describes how they work when paid features are offered. Until then, nothing in this section applies.
- Price: the price and billing cadence are shown to you before you pay.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the stated cadence until you cancel.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time without contacting support, using the billing controls we provide in the app (the Stripe customer portal). Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, paid features may be suspended until it is resolved.
- Price changes: we will give you advance notice of a price change before it applies to your next renewal.
- Trials: where we offer a trial, it runs on the terms stated when it is offered.
- No refunds: all sales are final, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Payment processing: payments are processed by Stripe. Pulse never sees your full card number.
- Taxes: prices exclude applicable sales, use or value-added taxes, which are calculated and collected at checkout where required.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Pulse at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by emailing pulseterminalai@gmail.com until in-app tools are available. We close an account by disabling its sign-in; closing does not erase your data. Closing an account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription, so if you have one, cancel it before you close your account. What happens to your data when an account is closed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put the service or other users at risk, fail to pay, or if we must do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, liability limits and governing law) survive termination.
Disclaimer of warranties
Pulse is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any score, pick or output will be profitable or correct.
Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. You alone are responsible for your decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pulse Terminal AI, LLC and its members, officers, employees and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost investment gains, or investment losses, arising from your use of Pulse.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these terms or the law while using Pulse, you agree to cover our reasonable losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to those courts. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law where you live.
Before filing a claim, please email pulseterminalai@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes to these terms, and contact
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give it a new effective date, tell you in the app, and ask you to accept it again where the law requires. Continuing to use Pulse after a change takes effect means you accept it.
